Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Waterford Atrium, a three-building office portfolio located in Miami for $110 million. The buyer, RealOp Investments, a commercial real estate and private equity investment firm based in Greenville, South Carolina.
Mike Davis, Dominic Montazemi, Miguel Alcivar, Rick Brugge, Scott O'Donnell and Rick Colon of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Metlife, in the transaction. Jason Hochman of Cushman & Wakefield secured the acquisition financing through KKR on behalf of RealOp.
